Math might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but we’re pretty sure we can all agree that there’s nothing quite as good as a well crafted slice of ‘za and a cold, crisp beer. Pi-Fidelity, a collaboration between Pizza Luce and Tin Whiskers Brewing Co., sets out to be pizza’s perfect counterpart: flavorful, but not overpowering and easy-drinking, but with enough body to stand up to all types of pie toppings.

Pi Fidelity is a hazy pale ale brewed with Azacca, Zythos, and Ekuanot hops for bright tropical aromas of pineapple, tangerine, and grapefruit. Those citrus notes give way to a pronounced hop bite and a clean, crisp finish. Pi Fidelity pairs perfectly with another slice, and another slice definitely calls for another pint.

So where can you get Pi Fidelity?
Pi Fidelity Pale Ale will be available at all nine Pizza Luce locations, along with more of your favorite Tin Whiskers beer, starting Monday, December 10th, including the brand new Pizza Luce in Eden Prairie. But don't wait too long! Pi Fidelity is a limited time offering and will only be available through February.
