Join us for our Taproom release of our Parity Pilsner this Friday (5/8) at 5pm!
The Parity Pilsner is a smooth and full-flavored classic American Pilsner brewed with ingredients similar to those enjoyed and pre and post-prohibition. First in the mash is American 6-Row Malt, Pilsner Malt and Flaked Maize. We then add Liberty and Crystal hops to the brew with the finished product producing notes of lemon and green tea on the pallet.
Wondering what’s with the name? By definition, a parity is the quality or state of being equal or equivalent. We chose this name because this beer is our equivalent of the classic American Pilsner. The icon is an XOR gate, which is a digital logic gate that implements a true output if one, and only one, of the inputs to the gate is true. XOR gates can be used as a parity generator in a circuit.
